Business Requirement

A digital media advertizing company planned to leverage Sales cloud for their campaign, leads and contacts management. They needed capabilities for managing all the activities and processes around advertisement campaigns launched across all the major ad-capable social media platforms.


We were brought in to set up and customize the Sales cloud instance for the purpose. The effort involved creating custom objects, validation rules and role-based entitlements; building new reports, dashboards and workflows; and, developing VisualForce components for budgeting and sales leads tracking activities.


The new platform streamlined their sales process, enabled call logging, notifications of new/closed deals and uploading of sales documents such as contracts, provided different role-based views into the process through reports and dashboards, and facilitated internal communication between Sales and Account Management teams through workflows.
